Application for Residence

What is the process of becoming a Resident?

• Visit St Teresa`s for a guided tour.
• Submit a completed Residency Application form.
• St Teresa`s will make contact once an appropriate room is available.
• A meeting with Matron will take place as part of a pre-admission assessment at which issues around admission can be discussed, and at which the home can begin to get familiar with your needs. We will require on admission the resident’s medical card and/or national health number, together with all details of medical history and medicines to be kept in a secure and safe place. Those who are self-medicating must keep all medication secure, as directed by medical staff.
• Fees & Contracts are finalised and signed.
• Welcome & introduction to St Teresa`s staff and Residents as appropriate.
